Thermomix or New York
Apparently it turns out that I can make lemon butter if I had a thermomix - the thing is that it costs about the same as a plane ticket to New York. its a toss up - do I continue my travels around the world in search of finding a destination that will give me time to make lemon butter or will I buy the thermoix? its a no brainer - New York it is! this time I wont be traveling with fabulous husband gorgeous children or my favourite girlies, this time I am traveling with my mum, aunt and my 2 sisters. One of us has turned 50 and its not me! and we are going to celebrate her birthday. I will share our tales of shopping, eating and yes running adventures and I will also keep you up to date with what coat everyone will be wearing each day! I have packed the passport credit card and the hair straightener - I figure I can just buy everything else over there! It wasnt until yesterday that I started to believe that this trip is going happen - it has been a bumpy road to get to this point - so with that in mind I will try not to be embarrassed by my mum at the madonna concert, will smile politely when my aunt suggests another museum, wait patiently as the 50 year old sister wants to visit yet another shop and go running whenever the middle sister wants to embrace her new passion for exercise. wish me luck!
Go Hodgo girls. Have a ball, pick the right coat or even better buy another. Just don't waste any time running unless it's to grab a bargain at a sale!! Happy 50th Jane! Safe trip. Lots of love Moll xoxo
ReplyDeleteI'm still not sure about the timing of this trip - looks like you'll miss the whole of the Gabba test, the first two wallaby autumn internationals and on the weekend you arrive both the Jets and the Giants have away games. Where's the fun in that?
