Universal studios

The thing about Singapore is that I constantly feel like I'm in a Disney movie it's totally manufactured everything seems fake and there is no greater example of this than at sentosa island. It's a park filled with water slides casinos shops and universal studios. Due to our tour group numbers we hired a mini bus ( just like band/bible camp) to take us to our destination. Once aboard the bus our driver made a quick stop to his cousins place who had a 'very special price' and we were on our way to a day of cable cars, roller coasters, bad food and gift shops. The cable car ride gave us a great view of Singapore. Poor Charlie desperately wanted to go on the scary roller coaster but was just a few cm short (thank god). We compromised and all went on the junior roller coaster Lucy wanted out of the roller coaster before we got on it but I told her to be brave and ill sit beside her. I now have a sore throat from all that screaming! We also did a 4 d movie complete with water spray when the animal sneezed and scary spiders creeping up our legs ( too much for me and my blood pressure) it rained off and on which was a good way to skip the queues as no one wanted to go in the rides in the rain except for us. A highlight was the dry off cubicle where you could pay $5 and you stepped into a giant air machine to dry off. Only in Singapore
